Fees
All students are required to pay a one time registration fee of $10.50.*
For students registering after the commencement of the teaching semester, the one time registration fee is $21.
*All figures quoted include GST.
Discounts
A 10% discount off course fees is available to immediate family members of a currently registered student with PPAS.
This 10% discount off course fees is also available for a currently registered student who wishes to enrol for a second course.
Payment
PPAS accepts payment for Course fees in cash or by cheque.
All cheques must be crossed and made payable to PRACTICE PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE LIMITED
Payment of course fees must be made within 7 days of registration.
Course fees must be paid before the commencement of each Term.
As with most primary and secondary schools in Singapore , the PPAS Calendar Year for Children courses comprises of 2 semesters. Each semester contains 2 terms and each term contains 10 teaching weeks. And the PPAS Calendar Year for Adult Dance courses comprises of 2 semesters. Each semester contains 2 terms and each term contains 11 teaching weeks.
The breakdown of the PPAS school term is as follows:
Semester 1
Term 1 - January to March
Term 2 - March to May
Semester 2
Term 3 - July to September
Term 4 - September to November
Terms and Conditions
PPAS reserves the right to reschedule classes if scheduled classes are unable to proceed due to unforeseen circumstances.
All effort will be made to ensure that all classes will proceed as scheduled. If for any reason courses are disrupted or cancelled, PPAS will not be obliged to refund any fees or portion thereof.
While all effort will be made to ensure the safety of students in classes, PPAS will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or mishap that may occur during classes or on School premises.
No make-up classes will be specially arranged if a student fails to attend class due to personal circumstances.
PPAS will ensure that replacement classes will be arranged in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
In the event that a teacher applies for leave, PPAS will ensure that a qualified substitute teacher will be available to conduct the remaining portion of the course.
