A course created especially for ladies, Chinese Aerobics uses a mix of Chinese dance, aerobics and Taiji to develop physical strength, flexibility and co-ordination. Students have the opportunity to work with props such as Chinese fans or swords to create low impact dance routines that are also aesthetically beautiful.
No previous dance experience is required. Conducted in Mandarin.
